Creative Writing Exchange

I chose my subject based off of a poem by j-willz. He wrote about his struggles of being a minority and not having much support. He often is faced with dangerous situations. The boy in the picture is a member of the dental office I work for. The office is an office that caters to Medicaid or state given insurance that covers people who are below the poverty line. He reminded me of someone so innocent who has yet to face the dangers of poverty and minorities.

I will admit that I slacked on the this assignment. It's the end of the year. I'm a little strung out.

FINAL PORTFOLIO

Heck yes, 98%. Most of these photos are already up, but I'll post them all for the viewing glory.

choice: macro photography

For the "choice" assignment, I chose the option of macro-photography (or at least as close as possible with our d40 lenses). I had a fin time really looking at just basic objects in my house with a new perspective.

advertisement

For the advertisement assignment, I chose to photograph our school musical, Guys and Dolls that was going on during the end of March. I put together three posters, but this one was my favorite. The emotion showed Tarah (Adelaide) and Corey (Nathan) really capture the hard work and dedication put into the show.
